Roger England is a self confessed cinema organ fanatic. He uses computer programmes to simulate cinema organ stops. After taking retirement Roger decided it was time to broaden his horizons and embrace the world of the romantic classical organ. Roger started on his quest by selecting various manufacturers and receiving literature from them. After surfing the net one afternoon Roger found Anthony Bogdan Organs and a dialogue quickly developed between  Roger and Anthony Bogdan.

All avenues were explored and when Roger England visited the Viscount premises he remarked that the technology and realism was greatly in advance of any others he had heard.

The next step was to locate expanders etc. for cinema sounds this was a task in which he was assisted by both Anthony and Jeremy Meagar, Managing Director of Viscount UK.

The organ was delivered and Roger himself decided to install it on the balcony of the hall. Lifts were hired and a few good friends called to give assistance. In the planning stage of this difficult operation Anthony Bogdan was asked for the benefit of his seventeen years experience. Anthony was only to pleased to pass on some tips

After the organ was duly installed Anthony travelled down to Dartmoor to cable some existing speakers to the organ and start a full day of delicate voicing. The latest Viscount technology allows new samples (ranks of pipes) to be down loaded into to organ on site. Voices were checked again and again for their ability to blend with each other. The result is a very flexible tonality, reminiscent or Harrison and Harrison. Small diapason can be made from flutes and strings, 8' flutes blend with 4' principals giving a wonderful crisp chorus for Bach. The organist can even add the fifteenth and mixture making a bright but not screaming chorus. As usual and with all Anthony Bogdan voicing, the full swell is worthy of a cathedral.
